December 2019 Denver Metro MLS Stats Tell a New Story

As you can see the median price in general has stablized, giving buyers a much needed breather. Our challenge going forward is going to be available inventory. We have less new listings than closings which spells concern in the long run. New construction is helping the suburban market, but if you are shopping for a unique property, home on acreage for example be prepared to be patient and move fast when you find something. Be pre-approved ( not just pre-qualified! ) and write a strong offer. Homes priced under $450,000 are still experiencing mulitple offer scenarios.
