10 Years After the Crash Boom Times are Back in Real Estate- but Way Different

This says it all.. high demand, low, low inventory.  High prices.   Very frustrating for buyers.  Unless Sellers are willing to leave the market area they are staying put and remodelling rather than selling.    New homes are taking up some of the vaccum in supply, but construction labor challenges and high cost of labor are pushing new housing prices higher than comparable re-sales.
