We need homes!!! Pricing continues to rise breaking all historical records. We hope this starts to slow/flatten, as we are pricing people out of the market.
You can see how predictable our market is, and even more so in Douglas/Elbert County. If you are seller, get selling in January through June… Buyer’s buy from June to January to get the best pricing!
